This service allows the investor to request a re-issuance or change of PIN for their iVESTOR Card.

Procedures
  • The investor must request the re-issuance or change of PIN for their iVESTOR Card from the Client Affairs Department by calling the Customer Service
  • The Customer Service Representative will guide the investor through the steps of changing the PIN
  • The investor to enter his new PIN
  • The new Pin will be sent to the investor through the registered email and SMS message.
