Procedures
  1. Complete the To Whom It May Concern Letter Request Form
  2. Attach the required documents along with the form and submit to the Client Affairs Department
  3. The Client Affairs Department will issue a receipt invoice with the amount of fees to be paid by the investor
  4. The Client Affairs will hand the letter to the investor after the payment is completed
