Procedures
  1. Complete the Investor Number Request Form if you do not have a DFM Investor Number, or complete the Changing/Adding Form with your DFM Investor Number
  2. Choose the preferred method on the Form
  3. Submit the request with the required documents to the Client Affairs Department
  4. The Investor will receive their daily transaction report via the method chosen

Required Documents
  1. Investor Number Request Form or Changing/Adding Form completed
  2. Original copy of a valid Passport
  3. Original copy of the National ID (for UAE Nationals & Residents)

Online through DFM eServices or in person at the DFM Client Affairs Department, Trading Floor, World Trade Centre, Dubai
