Call Voice Recording Request (Brokers located in DFM)

This service is for companies operating on the DFM Trading Floor.

Fees
AED 500 for the first 5 days and AED 50 for each additional day, AED 200 for service fees in case no records found, per application

Procedures
  1. Complete the DFM Recorded Calls Application Form and submit to DFM Trading Operation Section
  2. Trading Operation section will send the request to IT department to provide a CD of the recorded calls to be submit it to the brokerage company, and an email will be sent for confirmation
  3. The brokerage company will sign the receipt of the CD
  4. Trading Operation section  will send an invoice with the fees to the brokerage company if required
