Balance Statement (upon request)

Details
This service enables the investor to request a Statement which displays all transactions made in the account.

You can view your statements online through DFM eServices or search and download the DFM Smart Services app via Apple Store and Google Play.

Fees
Stock Balance Statement: AED 10 per sheet, and AED 5 for every printed paper -exceeding 10 papers.     

Procedures
  1. The investor must complete a Statement Request Form.
  2. Attach required documents with the Statement Request Form and submit to the Client Affairs Department.
  3. The Client Affairs Department will issue a receipt invoice for the investor to pay the requested fee amount.
  4. Once payment is made, the Client Affairs Department will send the statement as per the preferred method requested.

Required Documents
  1. Valid copy of the Passport.
  2. Valid copy of the National ID (UAE Nationals & Resident only).

FAQs

Yes you can. Please complete the iVESTOR Card Services Form, and choose whether to receive by email on a monthly basis or quarterly by post. Ad hoc statement requests are chargeable at 10 AED per statement.
