Clearing, Settlement & Depository Rules 

The Clearing, Settlement & Depository (CSD) Rules are issued pursuant to the securities laws to regulate the conduct of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) clearing, settlement and depository functions and governs the relationship between DFM, its clearing members and depository members. The CSD Rules are supplemented by the relevant CSD procedures and guidance notes which form part of the CSD Rules. The CSD procedures are activity-specific and can be found within each of the functions of Clearing & Settlement, Depository and Client Affairs.
