DFM Customer Service

The DFM Customer Service centre has a dedicated team of customer service representatives answering investor calls and emails, assisting investors with their enquiries, explaining routine market procedures, providing support on the execution of transactions, and following-up with the relevant departments within the DFM, particularly in relation to the following areas: 

  • Stockportfolio Inquiry Call Service’(IVR)
  • Market Watch enquiries or real-time pricing on the same day.
  • iVESTOR Card queries on card activation or iVESTOR statements
  • Transferring calls to the related person or departments requested
  • Support on DFM eServices, the online portal for investors to track their stock portfolios, share, dividend and iVESTOR statements, submit and track requests to DFM and more.

The DFM Customer Service also manage all email enquiries which are replied back to advising of the procedures of a section or department in the DFM or general enquiries. 

Suggestions and complaints are received from the investor and raised to the concerned division for follow up and the investor is contacted once resolved.

  1. Investors can call +971 4 305 5555 Sunday to Thursday from 8.00am - 3.00pm (excluding public holidays) or email customerservice@dfm.ae
  2. The DFM Customer Services representative will revert back to the enquiror within 24 working hours, advising him/her on the correct course of action according to market procedures
  3. If related to specific departments in the DFM, the query will be transferred to the relevant department until it is dealt with
