Details

This service allows private joint stock companies to request listing at DFM. In turn, DFM will perform review on the listing documents as per the requirements in terms of issuing the decision of listing the company to be listed at DFM.


Fees
  • Application fee to list a company: AED 2,000 per request
  • Listing of a company with a capital of AED 500 million or less: AED 30,000
  • Listing of a company with a capital of more than AED 500 million up to AED 2 billion: AED 50,000
  • Listing of a company with a capital exceeding AED 2 billion: AED 100,000

Procedures
  • The company must submit its listing request through an official letter to list its company at DFM and fulfill all requirements in terms of enabling the company to be listed at DFM
  • The Listing section at DFM will review the company's listing application and reply back to the company whether the application has been accepted or returned in order to fulfill the necessary requirements and resubmit the request within a time-frame of one week
  • Once the request fulfills all the requirements, the Listing section will transfer the request to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to review and issue its decision on the application within a maximum time frame of 30 days
  • The requesting company must pay the required listing fees once the approval is obtained
