iVESTOR Card Replacement

Details

Investors can submit a request via DFM eServices at www.dfm.ae or through the DFM Smart Services App.

This service enable the investor to request for replacement iVESTOR Card for lost, stolen or damaged card.



Fees
Free of Charge.

Procedures

To submit the request via DFM eServices:

  1. Register to DFM eServices at DFM Website or DFM Smart Services App
  2. Login with the username and password
  3. Select the eFORMS tab
  4. Select the form and complete it
  5. Attach the required documents and click on ‘Submit’
  6. You will be notified by email once the status of the request is updated

Alternatively, you can submit the request at DFM Client Services Affairs Desk, in person:

  1. Complete the Cash Dividends Services Form to be signed by the investor
  2. Submit the form along with the required documents to the Clients Services Affairs Department
  3. The Card will be delivered by:
  • For the address inside UAE - by courier and the investor will be notified by SMS prior to delivery.
  • For the address outside UAE – by registered post.

Notes:
The signature on the form should match the authenticated signature in Dubai Financial Market


Required Documents
  • Completed Cash Dividends Services Form and signed by the investor

    For Individuals:

  • Valid Copy of the Passport
  • Valid Copy of the Emirates National ID (for UAE Nationals and Residents only)
  • Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE Embassy in those countries or by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs

    In addition to specific documentations depending on:

    In case of a Minor (below 21 years):

  • The signature of the Guardian (the Father)
  • Valid copy of the guardian’s Passport or Emirates National ID
  • In case of a guardian other than the father: true copy of duly authenticated guardianship order issued by the court or Notary public

    For Sole Proprietorships:

  • Valid copy of the Trade License and Commercial Register
  • Valid copy of the Passport or Emirates National ID of the owner
  • Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE embassy in those countries or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    In case of a Representative (for all investor types):

  • Valid copy of a duly authenticated Power of Attorney issued from the court or Notary Public
  • Valid copy of the representative’s Passport or Emirates National ID
  • A Power of Attorney issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE  Embassy in those countries or by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
