Replacement of Captured iVESTOR Card

Details
This service allows the investor to request the re-issuance of a new iVESTOR Card if the card was captured in the ATM machine.

Procedures
  1. The investor must complete the iVESTOR Card Request Form mentioning the ATM details including the Bank name, Branch address, and the date the card was captured) and submit along with the required documents to the Client Affairs Department
  2. The Client Affairs Department will issue a new Card for the investor and notify them once ready for collection or you can request for the card to be mailed to you

Required Documents
  • Valid copy of the Passport
  • Valid copy of the National ID (UAE Nationals & Residents only)
