Electronic Connection with Equator System

Service ID

DFM provides an electronic connection service with the Clearing System, the service is available subject to annual renewal fees. 

The electronic connection allows the users to:  
 • View shareholders’ details. 
 • View account details (shows the balance of a specified symbol  in CSD account only)
 • Allows the user to unfreeze shares when receiving Shares’ Certificates (where applicable). 
 • View shareholders’ list as per a specified date (includes historical data) 
 • Users will not be able to download reports from the system

To ensure continuity of this service, the issuer should ensure paying the annual renewal fee for each user and provide payment receipt to CSD to avoid disconnection.

The listed company can request this service by following the below steps:

1. Send an official request with following details ( Full Name, Position, Email Address, Phone Number) Authority level ( View / Post /Approve)
2. Internal arrangements are made to issue a user name, set the authority level and provide the required electronic level
3. A date will be set to receive the token (if required)
4. A confirmation letter with invoice will be issued.
