Update Investor Information Form

Details
Investors can submit a request via DFM eServices at www.dfm.ae or through the DFM Smart Services App.

The investor can updating his or her account information by submitting the update investor information form in order to keep the investor’s records up to date at all times.

Procedures

To submit a request via DFM eServices:

1. Register to DFM eServices at DFM Website or DFM Smart Services App

2. Login with your username and password

3. Select the eFORMS tab

4. Choose the form

5. Fill the required information

6. Click ‘Submit’

Alternatively, you cansubmit your request at the DFM Client Services Affairs Desk, in person:

  1. Complete Update Investor Information Form and sign it
  2. Submit the form with the required documents to the Clients Services Affairs Department
  3. The investor Information will be updated in the Dubai Financial Market system as per the investor's request

Required Documents
  1. Completed Update Investor Information Form
  2. Valid Passport Copy
  3. Valid copy of Emirates National ID (for UAE Nationals & Residents)

    Notes:

  • The signature on the form should match the authenticated signature in Dubai Financial Market
  • In case of guardian (other than father): true copy of guardianship order issued by the court
  • In case of representative: true copy of a duly authenticated and valid Power of Attorney
    • For updating the Investor Name: authenticated copy of the Court Order Letter.
    • For updating the UAE Family Book or Passport: original copies of the new documents.
    • For updating the Authorized Signatories: Letter authenticated by the Company.
    • For updating the Company Name: old and new documents (Trade License, Commercial Register, and Memorandum of Association).
    • In case of a Guardian (other than father): an original copy of the custody document authenticated by a Notary Public.
    • In case of a Representative: an original copy of a valid Power of Attorney duly authenticated by a Notary Public.
    • Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE embassy in those countries.
