He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Islamic jurisprudence and its origins from Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. He also obtained a master’s and doctorate in Islamic jurisprudence from the same university.
He is a member of the Sharia Standards Committee in Dubai of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). He taught various scientific courses in Islamic financial transactions, for undergraduate and postgraduate law students.
He authored scientific materials printed in sections of Islamic financial transactions jurisprudence. In addition to his judging and discussion of many research papers and dissertations in this field, including promotion research. He has also participated in various conferences and seminars related to Islamic finance, both locally and internationally.
